Image Inventory Controller

Kubernetes controller for container image inventory. Materializes referenced images as namespaced Image custom resources (spec.image + status.kinds).

Out of scope: live heat maps, digests, object-name graphs, CVE/SBOM scanners. Same image in two namespaces → two CRs.
